In the attack on ticketmaster, the hackers, reportedly called “shinyhunters” are believed to have offered the stolen data to the highest bidder on the dark web.

Ticketmaster has notified its customers of a data breach that exposed 560 million users, but has not disclosed the full scope of compromised information. A hacking group called shinyhunters claims to have stolen personal and financial information of over 500 million ticketmaster customers.
